We start with a quick call about the event, the schedule, and what you want to come away with, whether that's a short recap, social clips, or a full edit. I cover the event on site and deliver edits sized for your website and social platforms. Turnaround depends on the project, and we agree on it upfront.
Common questions
How much does an event videographer cost on Long Island?
Event coverage is $450 for 2 hours, $750 for a half day (up to 4 hours), and $1,250 for a full day (up to 8 hours). Editing and final deliverables are quoted separately based on the project, starting at $75/hour. Full rates are on the pricing page.
Can you cover photo and video at the same event?
Yes. Photo + video coverage starts at $650 for 2 hours.
What do I get after the event?
It depends on what you need. Common options are a short recap video, vertical clips for Instagram and TikTok, and a longer edit for your website or YouTube. We decide on deliverables before the event.
Do you travel?
Yes. I work across Nassau and Suffolk, and into NYC. There are no travel fees anywhere in Nassau County.
